WT500 dynamic checkweigher test effect

Today, I participated in the testing work of the checkweigher. This is a very interesting and challenging experience.

In the morning, as soon as I entered the test room, various precision checkweigher instruments and equipment came into view. And today's protagonist, the checkweigher, was quietly placed on the test position. The checkweigher is mainly used to detect whether the weight of products meets the standard and is crucial for ensuring product quality.

We first calibrated the checkweigher to ensure its accuracy. This step requires great care and patience because even a tiny error may affect the subsequent test results. Then, we prepared standard weights of different weights and placed them on the checkweigher in turn, observing and recording the displayed weight values. Every time a weight is placed, it is like taking a tense exam, looking forward to the checkweigher giving an accurate answer.

During the test, we also encountered some small problems. Once, the value displayed by the checkweigher had a certain deviation from the weight of the standard weight. We immediately inspected the checkweigher and found that some dust on the weighing pan affected the measurement. After cleaning it, the test was repeated and the result was accurate.

After a whole day of busyness, we conducted multiple tests on the checkweigher and collected a large amount of data. These data will be used to evaluate the performance and stability of the checkweigher. Through this test, I deeply realized the importance of quality inspection work. An accurate and reliable checkweigher can provide strong guarantee for enterprises to produce qualified products. At the same time, I also learned a lot of knowledge about instrument calibration and testing, which will be of great help to my future work. Looking forward to the next test challenge.
